It manages to get a lot of content onto the homepage, but without seemed too cluttered.

Categories get drop down top nav treatment. Other nice features include a tabbed main feature on the HP and video integration.

The latest release comes with three color schemes - brown, red or green.

A no-frills take on using Wordpress to run a small scale real estate site. A main well highlights three listings at once. Would be nice to get some Google Maps integration as well as thumbnails, but this pretty much has what you need to get going.

Nice touches: the presence of the contact form throughout the site, separate blog as well as the photo — seems to be a must for those in the real estate business!

Color schemes include blue, gray, tan and light blue/gray combo.

Page-based-navigation as well as a secondary tier of category-based-navigation make this a solid CMS-style theme. Like the other Revolution themes, nice features include prominent site search and RSS/newsletter subscription call out. Also like all Revolution themes, it comes with a companion forum theme, which is definitely a nice touch.

Assuming you don’t want to modify anything, the theme comes with a light blue color scheme or a light grey color scheme.

Has the look and feel of a more intimate … well, blog. And if I had to pick a musical genre I think I’d go for electro over grunge. Additionally, I’d classify this theme in the robust blog camp. Nice features include the design, big footer and 2nd tier of featured stories. Like the other Wordpress Designer themes, this includes image resizing and gravatars.

Love the prominent RSS feed, as well as the tabbed treatment up top. Could do with some integrated advertising, but I guess that wouldn’t be very grunge now, would it.

This one is out from the same creators of the Ashes Theme, Wordpress Designers. Unlike Ashes, however, the featured posts don’t get “slider” treatment, rather a more static piece of real estate at the very top.

This one also comes with advertising integrated as well as image resizing.

Clean design with some nice features like the multiple featured story, color blocking on mouseover and auto image resizing. Hard to get a feel for what the category pages are like since there aren’t too many posts in the demo, but overall a nice theme.

As far as I can tell, the Ashes Pro version has two top navs (page and category-based) instead of just one, as well as more advertising integrated (additional 468×60).

I’m digging the addition of the category-navigation sub bar, as well as the built-in advertising. The homepage very elegantly highlights the lead story, with three supporting stories. The bottom is similar to the robust footer concept where two rows of third-tier stories reside. All in all, a nice job, though I would have liked to see a bigger call out to RSS/subscribe/newsletters and a slightly bigger search box.
